Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Business Systems Senior Analyst in Singapore to formulate and define complex system scopes and objectives. You will work with internal partners to develop and enhance systems across the business.

The role involves identifying technical solutions, supporting end-user applications, and generating reports. A Bachelor's degree with 2–5 years of relevant experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2–5 years of relevant experience.
• Understanding of existing procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems.
• Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply judgment and precedents.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Take part in the business process to identify and implement technical solutions.
• Respond to stakeholder inquiries regarding system processes and capabilities.
• Develop customized queries and reports utilizing complex table matrices.
• Create correspondence, presentations, and other materials for end-user training.
• Log and track work tickets with external product vendors or support organizations.
