Job summary

Citi in Singapore is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to support the RES Global Business Execution Team. You will drive data governance, operating model design, and cross-functional initiatives to strengthen governance, optimize processes, and enable strategic change across RES.

You will partner with global stakeholders to design future-state models, develop governance frameworks, and deliver data-driven transformation that enhances business performance and aligns with Citi's long-term

Qualifications

• 5-6 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or a similar role.
• Deep domain experience in corporate real estate, facilities management, or construction is required.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional projects and driving business change initiatives.
• Strong experience in process improvement, operational excellence, business transformation, or organizational change management.
• Deep domain expertise in Corporate Real Estate, Facilities Management, Workplace Services, Construction Management, Occupancy Planning, or Portfolio Management is required.
• Experience working within global organizations and matrix environments is highly desirable.

Introduction

We are seeking a highly motivated business analyst to support the Real Estate Services (RES) Global Business Execution Team in Citi.

This role will support the Data Strategy & Management team in advancing data-driven decision-making, process excellence, and business transformation across RES. The successful candidate will combine Corporate Real Estate domain knowledge, business process management expertise, and project delivery experience to drive cross-functional initiatives that strengthen data governance, optimize operating processes, and improve organizational effectiveness.

Working closely with global stakeholders, the individual will help design future-state operating models, implement sustainable governance practices, and deliver strategic change initiatives that enhance business performance and support RES's long-term objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the analysis, mapping, redesign, and governance of end-to-end business processes across RES, driving operational efficiency, standardization, controls, and scalability.
• Lead cross-functional projects from requirements gathering through implementation, coordinating stakeholders, managing milestones, and ensuring successful delivery of business outcomes.
• Develop business cases, project roadmaps, and implementation plans for process, technology, data, and organizational change initiatives.
• Establish and maintain process architecture, standards, documentation, and governance frameworks to support operational excellence and business transformation.
• Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities, define future-state operating models, and drive adoption of best practices.
• Drive data governance initiatives by partnering with data owners and system stakeholders to establish data standards, ownership, quality controls, KPI frameworks, and critical data elements.
• Collaborate with business, operations, and technology teams to ensure solutions align with business objectives and operational requirements.
• Analyze business, operational, and market data to identify trends, assess performance, and generate actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.
• Support and evaluate Proofs of Concept (POCs) and pilot initiatives involving AI, automation, process optimization, and digital transformation technologies.

Required Skills And Qualifications

Experience

• 5- 6 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or a similar role.

Education

• Strong business acumen, with the ability to connect data findings directly to real-world business decisions.

• Proven ability to effectively communicate with senior leadership.
• Strong interpersonal skills, enabling the building of effective working relationships across all levels of the organization and with external partners.

Technical Proficiency

• Proven ability to gather, analyze, and document complex business requirements in a structured manner.
• Proficiency in business process mapping, analysis, and reengineering methodologies to identify and design improvements.
• Exposure to AI/ML concepts or experience working on projects involving predictive analytics.
• A foundational understanding of data governance, data quality, and data management principles.

Domain Knowledge (Highly Valued)

• Strong foundation in at least one or more areas of Corporate Real Estate Management (e.g., construction project lifecycles, facilities maintenance processes, portfolio management) is a significant plus.

Work Ethic

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
