Job summary

QUESS SELECTION & SERVICES PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced Core Banking Business Analyst to gather requirements, write BRDs/FRDs, and drive API integrations on Temenos T24, Finacle, and Oracle FLEXCUBE.

You will lead Agile ceremonies and liaise with stakeholders to ensure regulatory and onboarding processes are met. You will analyze processes, design solutions, and collaborate with technology teams to deliver robust, compliant banking solutions across payments, accounts, and

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Core Banking FLEXCUBE and Finacle.
• 6+ years in managing core banking product and report implementation projects.
• Experience with back-office operations and end users.
• Strong BA experience in Banking/Financial Services.
• Core Banking domain knowledge (Deposits, Loans, Payments, Onboarding).
• Experience with Core Banking platforms (Temenos T24, Finacle, Oracle FLEXCUBE).
• API, integration, and system interface understanding.
• SQL for data analysis and validation.
• Agile/Scrum, UAT support, and stakeholder management.
• Communication, documentation, and client-facing skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.

• Withdrawals, Deposits, Amount Block, Account Statement, Account Signature, 360 Degree View, Corporate Teller, Data Entry, Statement.
• Understand banking processes such as Deposits, Loans, Payments, and Customer Onboarding.
• Work on Core Banking platforms such as Temenos T24, Finacle, FLEXCUBE, or similar.
• Analyze existing processes and identify gaps and areas for improvement.
• Work with technology teams to define APIs, integrations, and system interfaces.
• Work in Agile/Scrum teams and participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Coordinate with development and QA teams to ensure requirements are correctly implemented.

• Strong Business Analysis experience in Banking/Financial Services.
• Core Banking domain knowledge (Deposits, Loans, Payments, Customer Onboarding).
• Requirement gathering, BRD, FRD, User Stories, and Process Mapping.
• Experience with Core Banking platforms (Temenos T24, Finacle, Oracle FLEXCUBE, or similar).
• API, integration, and system interface understanding.
• SQL for data analysis and validation.
• Agile/Scrum methodology, UAT support, and stakeholder management.
• Strong communication, documentation, and client-facing skills.
