Job summary

Janus Digital seeks a building domain expert to design and implement the agentic AI platform for real assets across Singapore and the region. You will assess operations, configure the platform, and prove outcomes against KPIs with a hands-on approach.

You will also train client teams and ecosystem partners, align with regional standards, and ensure scalable solution delivery for offices, hotels, malls and more. This role offers clear impact and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

5+ years of hands‑on experience in building operations or facility management.
Deep, practical understanding of building MEP systems and how they behave in real conditions.
Building energy management expertise with ability to set realistic energy reduction targets.
Proven ability to translate client requirements into tailored platform configurations.
Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

Assess client building operations end to end and identify high‑impact improvements.
Design tailored solutions across platform modules and KPI targets.
Configure the platform: organisational hierarchy, asset hierarchies, workflows and reporting.
Validate IoT data feeds and BMS mappings against configured logic.
Lead UAT and monitor trial operation against KPIs and report outcomes.
Train client teams and ecosystem partners, sharing templates and playbooks.
Maintain knowledge of Singapore standards (BCA Green Mark, codes) and ESG reporting.
