Job summary

KTP CONSULTANTS PTE LTD is seeking an experienced BIM Design Coordinator in Singapore to lead structural BIM modelling and 2D documentation. You will collaborate with engineers, project managers and the CAD/BIM team to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables across various scales of construction projects.

The role requires a minimum of 6 years in design coordination, a civil engineering diploma or BCA drafting certificates, and strong drafting skills with an in-depth understanding of building

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years' relevant experience in design coordination.
• Diploma in Civil Engineering or BCA drafting certificates.
• Strong understanding of building processes and technical drafting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare BIM Modeling for Structural design discipline.
• Collaborate with Engineers, Project Manager or CAD/BIM Manager to meet timelines.
• Develop BIM models from rough sketches/CAD and specifications.
• Create BIM 2D documentation per project/organisation standards.
• Update BIM models with latest information and ensure quality.
• Ensure construction documents accuracy based on updated BIM models.
• Prepare authority submission drawings.
• Coordinate with other disciplines for design changes and model challenges.
• Follow BIM Execution Plan and project workflow criteria.
• Adhere to BIM content standards and development procedures.
• Prepare discipline models for BIM Coordination Meetings.
