Job summary

CHINA COMMUNICATIONS CONSTRUCTION COMPANY LIMITED (Singapore Branch) is seeking an experienced MEP BIM Modeller to join its Technical Team. You will develop and maintain BIM models for architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines, and produce accurate technical drawings and shop drawings for construction and authority submissions.

You will coordinate across disciplines, review models, plan BIM data management, and support project teams to ensure compliant project execution, with a focus on

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD and Navisworks.
• Minimum 3 years of BIM modeling experience, preferably on residential/condominium projects.
• Good understanding of construction documents, industry standards and BCA regulations.
• Excellent time management, communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Construct and update BIM models for architectural, structural and MEP disciplines.
• Use BIM software to identify and resolve conflicts between disciplines.
• Generate technical drawings, shop drawings and other BIM deliverables for construction and submissions.
• Maintain accuracy and quality of BIM models per project standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders, engineers and teams to ensure up-to-date information exchange.
• Conduct model reviews and generate reports to aid coordination and decision-making.
• Plan, manage and maintain BIM data per project requirements and standards.
