Job summary

PEOPLESEARCH PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior BIM Modeller to develop and maintain BIM models for fire protection systems, using Revit and related BIM tools. The role requires coordinating with project teams and ensuring design clashes are resolved for successful project execution.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services, with at least 2 years of BIM modelling experience in relevant sectors and strong teamwork capabilities.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services or related disciplines.
• Minimum 2 years of BIM Modelling experience in fire protection or mechanical engineering.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit and BIM workflows.
• Experience with institutional, commercial, healthcare, or large-scale projects is advantageous.
• Familiar with BIM coordination and shop drawing production.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Our client is a well-established fire protection contractor with a strong track record in delivering institutional and large-scale building projects in Singapore. Due to ongoing project expansion, they are seeking a motivated Senior/ BIM Modeller to join their growing team.
