Job summary

Fire-Guard Engineering Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced BIM Modeller to create detailed 3D models for fire protection systems, including sprinklers and fire alarms. You will collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure seamless integration with architectural, structural, and MEP designs.

Responsibilities include developing BIM templates, performing clash detection, generating drawings and reports, and coordinating with project teams to meet project requirements.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Building Services, Engineering, or related field.
• 2-3 years of BIM modelling experience for fire protection or MEP projects.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and/or other BIM software.
• Strong understanding of fire protection systems, design principles, and installation requirements.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines.

Job Summary:

We're looking for an experienced BIM Modeller to create detailed 3D models for fire protection systems, including sprinkler systems, fire alarms. The successful candidate will work closely with our design and engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of fire protection systems with architectural, structural, and MEP designs.

Key Responsibilities:

• 1. Create detailed BIM models for fire protection systems using software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and/or other BIM tools.
• 2. Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure accurate representation of fire protection systems in BIM models.
• 3. Develop and maintain BIM standards, templates, and libraries for fire protection systems.
• 4. Perform clash detection and resolution to ensure constructability and coordination with other trades.
• 5. Generate reports, drawings, and documentation from BIM models as required.
• 6. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure BIM models meet project requirements.
• 7. Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and new technologies in BIM and fire protection.

Requirements:

• 1. Diploma or degree in Building Services, Engineering, or related field.
