Job summary

DAI‑DAN CO., LTD. is seeking a skilled MEP Drafter to design and draft MEP layouts, sections, space planning and plant room details in Singapore. You will detail and coordinate drawings and prepare shop and As-Built documents using Revit.

The role requires 3–8 years of relevant experience in an M&E contractor environment, with the ability to work independently and solve problems. Singaporean applicants preferred and local site visits may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum Nitec or diploma in Electrical Engineering / MEP / Architectural or equivalent.
• 3–8 years relevant experience in M&E contractor environments.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and show problem-solving attitude.

Responsibilities

• Design and drafting of MEP layout, section details and plant room details.
• Able to carry out detailing and coordination drawings.
• Prepare shop drawings and As-Built drawings using Revit software.
• Obtain information from architectural, structural and other discipline drawings.
