Job summary

STAFFLINK SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a capable M&E document controller/drafter in Singapore to prepare and update M&E shop drawings, aligned with project requirements. You will coordinate with engineers and site teams to incorporate amendments and support BIM documentation and submission processes.

The role requires familiarity with AutoCAD and Revit MEP/BIM modelling, and strong communication to ensure accuracy across project records and documentation.

Qualifications

• ITE, Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related disciplines.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and Revit MEP/BIM modelling.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and update M&E shop drawings based on as-built drawings and project requirements.
• Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, technical standards and submission requirements.
• Coordinate with project engineers, managers and site teams to incorporate drawing amendments accurately.
• Support BIM documentation and submission processes, ensuring proper project records are maintained.
• Assist the Project Manager with project documentation, coordination and completion activities.
• Handle ad-hoc technical and project-related assignments as required.
