Job summary

BRK Pte Ltd seeks a BIM professional to lead the development and implementation of BEP, BIM standards, and project workflows. You will coordinate across architectural, structural, MEP, and other disciplines to ensure quality and compliance of BIM models.

You will chair BIM coordination meetings, manage coaching of BIM personnel, and drive continuous improvement through automation and digital workflows. Singapore-based role with client coordination emphasis.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the project's BIM Execution Plan (BEP), BIM standards, workflows, and protocols.
• Manage BIM coordination across architectural, structural, MEP, civil, and other disciplines.
• Establish and maintain project Common Data Environment (CDE) procedures and information-management workflows.
• Review BIM models for quality, accuracy, compliance, and completeness.
• Lead multidisciplinary clash detection and coordination using BIM software.
• Organize and chair BIM coordination meetings and track resolution of coordination issues.
• Establish modeling standards, naming conventions, model structures, and project templates.
• Coordinate the production, exchange, and approval of BIM models and project information.
• Monitor BIM deliverables against project requirements, specifications, and schedules.
• Support design reviews, constructability assessments, and project coordination using BIM.
• Manage BIM coordinators, modelers, and other BIM personnel where applicable.
• Provide BIM training, technical guidance, and support to project teams.
• Coordinate BIM requirements with clients, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Maintain BIM documentation, model registers, issue logs, and coordination records.
• Support 4D/5D BIM, digital construction, quantity take-off, and asset-information requirements where applicable.
• Ensure compliance with relevant BIM standards and project-specific requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve project efficiency through automation, digital workflows, and BIM technologies.
