Job summary

PeopleSearch seeks a Deputy BIM Manager in Singapore to lead BIM implementation for a major LTA infrastructure project. Reporting to the BIM Manager, you will coordinate architecture, civil, structural, MEP, and subcontractors, ensuring BEP compliance, clash detection, and timely model submissions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree or diploma in Architecture, Civil/Structural Engineering, Building, Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum 8 years BIM-related experience in construction.
• At least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory BIM role on large-scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of BIM standards, workflows and digital delivery in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Assist the BIM Manager in planning, implementing, and overseeing BIM execution throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary BIM teams (architectural, civil, structural, MEP, subcontractors).
• Develop, maintain, and enforce BEP, workflows, standards and BIM protocols.
• Manage BIM deliverables to meet client, consultant and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct model reviews, clash detection, and coordination meetings.
• Monitor modelling progress and ensure timely submission of coordinated models.
• Provide technical guidance on BIM matters to project teams.
• Review and validate BIM models for design coordination and constructability.
• Liaise with consultants, clients and authorities on BIM implementation and digital delivery.
• Drive best practices and continuous improvement in BIM processes and digital construction.
• Mentor BIM coordinators, engineers and modelers.
