Job summary

Land Transport Authority (LTA) in Singapore seeks a Principal/Senior Engineer to lead BIM & Digital Engineering across infrastructure projects. You will implement standards, governance frameworks and drive adoption with project teams, consultants and contractors.

The role focuses on improving information management, collaboration and delivery outcomes through BIM processes and technologies, aligning with industry best practices.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil/Infrastructure Engineering or related field.
• Experience in BIM implementation and digital delivery.
• Experience with major infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of BIM governance and information management.
• Familiarity with ISO 19650 and information management principles.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and continuously improve BIM standards, workflows, templates and governance frameworks.
• Support project teams in BIM execution planning, model coordination and digital delivery.
• Review BIM deliverables and ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
• Establish and maintain information management practices in accordance with organisational and project requirements.
• Drive BIM adoption and capability development among internal and external stakeholders.
• Facilitate collaboration between project teams, consultants and contractors throughout the design and construction stages.
• Promote digital engineering initiatives that improve design quality and productivity.
• Monitor emerging BIM technologies, industry developments and best practices for continuous improvement.
