Job summary

Obayashi Singapore Private Limited is seeking a BIM Manager to oversee and check the development of all 3D Models and coordinate with Consultants to ensure alignment with design intent.

You will manage planning, scheduling, and quality control of model development, and lead coordination with Architectural and structural trades on large-scale projects. Safety practices and IMS methods must be followed on site and within the design team.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.
• Excellent BIM operating skill.
• At least 8 years of design co-ordination experience with Architectural and structural trades in the building construction industry.
• Able to work independently with experience for at least two large scale construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and check the development of all 3D Models and coordinate with Consultants to align with design intent.
• Ensure 3D Models development is in schedule and delivered timely for MEP coordination.
• Highlight discrepancies in Consultants' drawings and obtain resolution during the process of 3D Model development.
• Ensure compliance to safety & occupational health practices to be implemented at Design Section and Design subcontractors with IMS safe work methods.
• Responsible for site implementation of safety standards to comply with IMS safe work methods.
