Job summary

Public Service Division seeks a Principal/Senior Engineer (BIM & Digital Engineering) to lead BIM adoption across Singapore infrastructure projects. You will establish standards, govern processes, and drive digital delivery to improve design quality and delivery outcomes.

You will collaborate with internal teams, consultants and contractors, coordinate model delivery, and mentor stakeholders in BIM governance and data management to sustain long-term capability.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Civil Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, Architecture or Built Environment.
• Experience in BIM implementation, coordination or digital delivery.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary project teams in major infrastructure or construction projects.
• Familiarity with BIM governance, information management and project information requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and continuously improve BIM standards, workflows, templates and governance frameworks.
• Support project teams in BIM execution planning, model coordination and digital delivery.
• Review BIM deliverables and ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
• Establish and maintain information management practices in accordance with organisational and project requirements.
• Drive BIM adoption and capability development among internal and external stakeholders.
• Facilitate collaboration between project teams, consultants and contractors throughout the design and construction stages.
• Promote digital engineering initiatives that improve design quality, productivity and project outcomes.
• Monitor emerging BIM technologies, industry developments and best practices for continuous improvement.
