Job summary

bybitech services pte. ltd. seeks a senior BIM coordinator to lead BIM modelling, execution planning, and standards development.

You will coordinate with design consultants, contractors, and subcontractors while reviewing models and drawings to ensure constructability and proper sequencing across project phases. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in BIM, experience with multiple authoring tools, and the ability to drive BIM-based innovations within integrated practice.

Qualifications

At least a Diploma or higher in Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years' BIM modelling and standards development experience.
Experience with more than one authoring tool is required.

Responsibilities

Manage BIM processes, implementation, best practices & techniques of BIM and related tools.
Actively promote advanced BIM methodologies toward integrated practice.
Coordinate with design consultants, contractors & sub-contractors.
Review design and fabrication models and drawings.
Identify and use BIM for coordination, sequencing, constructability and as-built models.
Identify project workflows across all phases.
Oversee project to ensure completion of site activities.
Able to work independently with minimum guidance.
Report to BIM Manager.
Work with BIM Execution Plan as part of the team.
Contractor experience is a must.
