SEARCH INDEX PTE. LTD. is seeking a Lead BIM professional to plan, develop, and execute comprehensive 3D models and BIM workflows across all construction project phases in Singapore.

The role requires 5+ years in design engineering or IDD, with at least 2 years directly managing BIM processes, and proficiency in Navisworks Manage, Solibri, VRCollab, or Navigator. Two upcoming East-area projects are mentioned.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Civil, Architectural, Mechanical, or Building Services Engineering.
• 5+ years in design engineering, construction, or IDD, with at least 2 years BIM process management.
• Proficiency in Navisworks Manage, Solibri Office, VRCollab or Navigator.

Responsibilities

• 3D Modeling: Create detailed models using AutoCAD and Autodesk Revit MEP.
• BIM Execution: Drive capability in Architecture, Structures, MEP, 4D Scheduling, and Clash Detection.
• Standards & Compliance: Establish in-house modeling rules and review architectural plans for accuracy.
• Collaboration: Coordinate BIM implementation with clients, consultants, suppliers, and internal teams.

• Up to $6,000 basic + bonus.
