Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Senior BIM Modeller / BIM Coordinator to lead BIM modelling, coordination, and delivery for multi-discipline projects. You will assist the BIM Manager, develop federated models, conduct clash detection, and ensure BEP compliance across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years' BIM experience in construction.
• Experience drafting and coordinating BIM teams and engineering work.
• Proficient in BIM software including Navisworks and Revit.

Responsibilities

• Assist BIM Manager and implement BIM/IDDEP requirements, standards, workflows and processes for the project.
• Develop, manage and maintain federated BIM models with version control and cross-discipline coordination.
• Conduct clash detection using Navisworks Manage and prepare clash reports for resolution.
• Ensure BEP compliance, standard naming conventions and submission requirements.
• Lead BIM/VDC and project coordination meetings with consultants, contractors and engineers to resolve issues.
• Prepare and submit BIM models, drawings, clash reports and visualizations per project schedule.
• Guide and mentor BIM Modellers and support design/engineering teams in delivering buildable designs.
• Monitor BIM progress, submission status and resource/software needs; flag delays.
• Manage CDE and project information to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
• Coordinate with consultants and main contractors on design, scheduling, procurement, and buildability.

• 5.5 Days || 8.30am - 5.30pm (Mon - Fri); 8.30am - 12.30pm (Sat)
• Working location: East
• $3500 to $4800

Requirements

With at least 5 years’ experience in BIM and Constriction

Relevant drafting/modelling/managing BIM Team and Engineering experience in Construction

Knowledgeable in BIM software

Job scopes

Assist BIM Manager and for the implement BIM/IDDEP requirements, standards, workflows, and processes for the assigned project.

Develop, manage, and maintain federated BIM models, ensuring model integrity, version control, and coordination across all disciplines.

Conduct clash detection using Navisworks Manage, coordinate resolutions, and prepare clash reports and presentations.

Ensure compliance with the BIM Execution Plan (BEP), project standards, naming conventions, file structures, and submission requirements.

Lead and attend BIM/VDC and project coordination meetings with consultants, contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve coordination issues.

Prepare, review, update, and submit BIM models, construction/shop drawings, clash reports, asset data, visualizations, and other required deliverables according to the project schedule.

Guide, mentor, assign, and coordinate BIM Modellers and support the design and engineering teams in delivering coordinated and buildable designs

Monitor BIM progress, submission status, resource and software requirements, and highlight potential issues or delays.

Manage the Common Data Environment (CDE), file exchange systems, and project information to ensure proper access, coordination, and data integrity.

Support the development of BIM models, trade families, and project-specific content, while ensuring the proper use of BIM authoring and coordination tools.

Coordinate with consultants and main contractors on design, scheduling, material requisitions, procurement, buildability, and overall project compliance.
