Job summary

adecco personnel pte ltd seeks an experienced Java/J2EE professional to design, develop and maintain Big Data solutions for a bank's Cash Management System. You will collaborate across analysts, PMs, and developers to deliver scalable data pipelines, regulatory reporting, risk monitoring, and back-office functions globally.

The role requires 7+ years in Java/J2EE, hands-on Big Data, and strong Agile/Scrum knowledge.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of Java/J2EE development experience.
• Hands-on big data technology development experience.
• Bachelor or Technical Degree in Computer Science, IS, or IT preferred.
• Good understanding & working knowledge with Agile/Scrum.
• Hands-on end-to-end design and implementation of complex IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Study, evaluate, understand and provide feedback on functional specifications.
• Develop solutions following defined standards and high quality.
• Provide detailed estimation for development of solutions.
• Implement solutions using TDD, BDD approaches.
• Perform non-functional testing.
• Perform design and code review for other team members.
• Prepare documentation for design and implementation.
• Enable and support functional and user acceptance testing.
• Perform L3 support of application in production - analyze and resolve issues as they arise.
