Job summary

EZEN INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Senior Beautician to deliver advanced beauty treatments, lead junior staff, and enhance customer satisfaction in a dynamic salon/spa environment.

You will supervise and mentor team, manage VIP client interactions, maintain treatment rooms, upsell services and products, and support daily operations to ensure smooth workflow.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in the related field.
• Proficient in English and Chinese to communicate effectively with clients and team members
• Leadership and team supervision skills to guide and develop junior staff
• Strong knowledge of skin care, beauty products, and treatment techniques to deliver expert services
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities to foster positive client relationships
• Sales-oriented mindset with ability to meet targets and contribute to business objectives
• Ability to work weekends and six days per week

Responsibilities

• Deliver advanced beauty treatments including facials, skin therapy, and body treatments to meet client needs and quality standards

• Contribute to developing new treatments, promotions, and service packages to drive business growth
• Monitor service quality consistently to ensure excellent customer experiences
• Support daily salon/spa operations and assist the manager to maintain smooth workflow
