Responsibilities

• Provide beauty and personal care treatments according to company standards.
• Perform facial, skincare, body care and other beauty treatments as trained.
• Conduct basic consultations to understand client needs.
• Explain suitable treatments, services, packages and products.
• Maintain customer relationships and provide after-treatment advice.
• Prepare treatment rooms, equipment and materials before and after each treatment.
• Ensure treatment areas and tools are cleaned and maintained.
• Follow hygiene, safety and operating procedures at all times.
• Maintain accurate treatment and service records where required.
• Assist with appointment scheduling and salon operations.
• Support promotional activities and introduce services and products to customers.
• Attend training to improve treatment techniques and product knowledge.
• Assist colleagues and management with salon duties when required.

Requirements
