Job summary

Xin He Spa in Singapore is seeking a friendly Beautician to provide a range of beauty and personal care services. You will ensure high-quality treatments, maintain rigorous hygiene, and create a comfortable experience for clients.

The role requires delivering services with care, staying updated on techniques, and supporting salon operations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide beauty treatments such as facials, skin care treatments, body treatments, waxing, eyebrow and eyelash services, and other services offered by the salon/spa.
• Perform treatments professionally and safely according to company procedures and service standards.
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene in treatment rooms, equipment, and work areas.
• Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, and products before and after each appointment.
• Recommend suitable beauty products and treatments based on customers' needs.
• Handle customer enquiries and provide courteous and professional customer service.
• Maintain knowledge of current beauty treatments, techniques, and products.
• Assist with general salon/spa duties when required.
• Follow workplace safety, hygiene, and company policies at all times.
• Meet service quality and customer satisfaction standards.
