AURORA ENERGY RESEARCH PTE. LTD. seeks a Senior Business Development Executive to drive growth in China and the APAC region. You will own high-value deals, manage multi-stakeholder sales processes, and heavily influence Aurora's expansion in energy markets.

You will engage C-suite stakeholders, lead compelling proposals, and leverage Salesforce to streamline opportunities while shaping product strategy for ongoing market growth.

Qualifications

• Min 6 years in BD, sales or account management with proven high-value deal closures.
• Strong commercial mindset with ability to spot impactful opportunities.
• Experience selling to senior stakeholders (C-suite, boards) in competitive environments.
• Highly self-directed with disciplined organizational skills.
• Willingness to achieve individual and team targets.
• Excellent written and spoken communication; able to influence at senior levels.
• Native Mandarin, fluent English; Cantonese a plus.

Responsabilités

• Qualify, develop and maintain sales opportunities through company and product knowledge; lead deals across APAC and occasionally NORAM/EMEA.
• Represent Aurora across the industry with a deep understanding of offerings.
• Pitch offerings and make proposals to existing and potential customers.
• Negotiate and contract structured offers with C-suite decision makers in China.
• Use Salesforce CRM to ensure standard processes during all sales stages.
• Contribute to new product development and improve existing offerings.
