Job summary

Aurora Energy Research in Singapore seeks a Senior Business Development Executive to lead growth across China and the APAC region, driving sales of our research, data, and software solutions. You will manage a portfolio of high-value prospects and guide multi-stakeholder deals from first touch to contract.

This is an individual-contributor role with clear commercial ownership; you will negotiate with C-suite decision makers, use Salesforce to track opportunities, and collaborate with a global

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years’ experience in business development or sales.
• Proven track record closing complex, high-value deals.
• Fluency in Mandarin and business English.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Qualify, develop and maintain sales opportunities, mainly in China, with APAC deals.
• Represent Aurora across the industry.
• Pitch offerings and proposals.
• Negotiate contracts with C-suite decision makers in China.
• Use Salesforce CRM to manage sales processes.
• Contribute to new product development and improvements.
