INITIA GROUP in Singapore is seeking a Head Bartender to lead daily bar operations, oversee cocktail preparation, beverage quality, inventory, and team coordination across bar staff. You will ensure efficient service and adherence to SOPs while delivering outstanding guest experiences.

The role requires 3–4 years of relevant experience, strong spirits knowledge, bar management skills, and flexibility to work weekends and holidays. Salary SGD 4,000–6,000 per month depending on experience.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of relevant bar experience.
• Pre-opening or new outlet launch experience is an advantage.
• Experience in a bar that also serves food is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of spirits and classic cocktails.
• Experience in bar inventory management and cost control.
• Valid Food Hygiene Certification, where required.
• Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays.
• Team leadership and grooming standards.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily bar operations, including prep, service, stock, cleaning, and closing.
• Prepare and serve cocktails and beverages per established recipes and standards.
• Maintain working knowledge of spirits, wine, and beer varieties.
• Ensure consistency in beverage quality, measurements, taste, and presentation.
• Lead and develop bartenders and ensure adherence to SOPs.
• Coordinate with service and kitchen teams for timely beverage orders.
• Monitor inventory, costs, and wastage; manage stock replenishment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of bar facilities and equipment.
