Job summary

Marina Bay Sands is seeking a skilled bartender to join our bar team in Singapore. You will manage bar operations, ensure all menu items and drink components are prepared to standard, and deliver exceptional guest service.

Responsibilities include maintaining glassware and garnishes, updating the POS system, and coordinating with colleagues during peak periods. A Diploma in Hospitality and Tourism is preferred and at least 12 months of bartending experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage bar operations and ensure all menu items are prepared and served to standard.
• Maintain knowledge of liquor brands, beers, and non-alcoholic options.
• Prepare and garnish drinks with appropriate glassware and presentation.
• Input items into the Info Genesis system and manage daily arrivals and VIPs.
• Coordinate with Captains and Service Attendants to deliver high-quality service.
• Document and review daily specials, stock levels, and maintenance of equipment.
