The role drives end-to-end delivery of banking technology projects, system integration, and stakeholder governance. You will manage wealth management workflows, define functional specifications, and guide Agile delivery while collaborating with Front Office, Operations, Technology, Risk and Compliance

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in Banking Technology, BA or PO.
• Expertise in Private Banking, Wealth Management, and Custody Services.
• Functional knowledge of Temenos Transact (T24), TAP, and TDS.
• Experience in core banking modernization and digital transformation.
• Proficiency in requirements analysis, solution design, UAT.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Stakeholder management and delivery governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead core banking transformation and platform modernization initiatives.

• Deliver digital solutions for CRM, Client 360, reporting and corporate actions.

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst / Product Ownerwith 15+ years of experience in Private Banking, Wealth Management, and Banking Technology Transformation. The candidate will drive core banking modernization, digital transformation, system integration, and end-to-end delivery of banking technology projects across global markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead core banking transformation and platform modernization using Temenos Transact (T24), TAP, and TDS.
• Gather and analyze business requirements, define functional specifications, and drive solution design.
• Manage wealth management workflows, including investment advisory, portfolio management, order placement, and trade execution.
• Deliver digital solutions for Client Relationship Management (CRM), Client 360, client reporting, and corporate actions.
• Drive data migration, system integration, and end-to-end implementation of banking applications.
• Manage UAT, SIT, defect tracking, and production go-live support.
• Lead Agile delivery through backlog management, user story creation, sprint planning, and stakeholder reviews.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Operations, Technology, Risk, and Compliance teams.
• Drive process automation, business process re-engineering, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Mandatory Skills & Experience
