HOT CRUSH is expanding to Singapore and seeks a Senior Baker to independently produce bread and related bakery products while maintaining consistent quality. You will also assist in training junior team members and ensuring production standards meet SOPs and production plans.

Candidates should have at least 3 years of commercial bakery experience, with Nitec or relevant bakery training, and be able to support early shifts and peak production.

Competenze

• At least 3 years of commercial bakery or central-kitchen bread-production experience.
• Nitec or relevant bakery training.
• Able to understand and communicate work instructions, safety requirements, recipes, production plans and handover matters clearly.
• Able to support early shifts, rostered work and peak production; sourdough, lamination or multi-product experience is preferred.

Mansioni

• Independently handle weighing, mixing, dividing, shaping, proofing and baking.
• Deliver consistent products according to recipes, SOPs and production plans.
• Check weight, fermentation, colour, doneness and product consistency.
• Support ingredient-wastage control, production records and station hygiene.
• Coach junior staff and help resolve production issues.
