Qualifications

• 5+ years of backend/platform engineering in production environments.
• Strong experience designing and operating distributed systems.
• Proficiency with Go and/or Java and modern cloud-native stacks.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end evolution of the evaluation platform and release gates.
• Build and operate data governance, masking, and access controls with auditability.
• Design reusable platform capabilities and observability to reduce integration effort.
