Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Information Systems.
• 5+ years of full-time backend experience.
• Experience designing and developing large-scale distributed systems with focus on reliability and API automation.
• Hands-on experience with backend stacks including Golang, Python and Java.
• Knowledge of MySQL, Redis, Kafka, Nginx and common RPC frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of ShopeePay E-wallet and acquisition system/platform across multiple tech stacks.
• Serve as expert on systems design, performance optimization, reliability, and refactoring for high concurrency platforms.
• Design inter-system architecture and define balanced technical solutions.
