• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proven track record of shipping production systems.
• Solid understanding of backend architectures and API design.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain scalable, secure backend services and APIs that power our core products.
• Own features end to end, from technical design and implementation through testing, deployment and monitoring.
• Make architecture decisions with a focus on performance, reliability and security.
• Review code and mentor junior and mid-level engineers to raise the team's engineering standards.
• Work closely with product, design and business stakeholders to turn requirements into practical technical solutions.
• Improve CI/CD pipelines, observability and development workflows.
