Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 4 years of backend development experience, preferably in a fintech environment.
• Strong knowledge of Golang, distributed systems, microservices, Docker and Kubernetes.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Golang.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle from requirements to deployment and maintenance.
• Write clean, efficient code following best practices and standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect solutions and deliver high-quality software.
• Improve system performance, reliability and scalability through monitoring and optimization.
• Write and maintain unit, integration and end-to-end tests to ensure quality.
• Engage in code reviews, architecture discussions and technical documentation.
