Apple is seeking a Senior Backend Software Engineer for its Enterprise Technology Services. You will design, implement and maintain highly scalable, low-latency distributed systems processing petabytes of data and millions of transactions per hour.

You’ll collaborate across teams to drive architecture and feature delivery in a fast-paced environment. The role focuses on building robust data services, integrating technologies, and keeping platforms reliable and high-performing.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Java/J2EE stack.
• 5+ years building integration platforms.
• Expertise in scalable distributed systems.
• Relational databases: Oracle, PostgreSQL; SQL.
• NoSQL databases: Couchbase, Redis, MongoDB, etc.

Responsabilités

• Architecture, design and rollout of new features.
• Design and development of data service applications.
• Evaluate products and emerging technologies for projects.
• Maintain and operate the existing platform.
