Job summary

Morgan McKinley Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior Business Analyst – Credit risk & Regulatory Reporting to join the Wealth Management transformation program. The successful candidate will drive business analysis across a multi-year transformation, focusing on Finance, Credit risk, Regulatory Reporting and Core Banking, with proven experience in BRD, data mapping, UAT and stakeholder management.

You will lead workshops, map data, document BRDs and specifications, and coordinate with Finance groups,

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Computer Science, IT, Finance or related field.
10–14 years of Business Analyst experience, Banking/Financial Services preferred.
Experience in Wealth Management / Private Banking environments.
Strong Credit Risk Reporting and Regulatory Reporting experience including Basel IV.
Understanding of GL, accounting movements, liquidity management and Core Banking.
Experience across full IT project lifecycle from requirements to production.

Responsibilities

Organize and facilitate workshops with business and technology stakeholders.
Finalize requirements for Core Banking and Credit systems with Finance and regulatory teams.
Identify gaps through detailed studies with Finance, vendors and consultants.
Drive impact analysis and data mapping; validate functional requirements.
Ensure mappings comply with regulatory and business expectations.
Document BRDs, Functional Specifications and designs clearly.
Maintain transformation backlog and coordinate UAT with business validation.
Identify bottlenecks, dependencies and risks, proposing improvements.
Participate in Elaboration → Build → Transition → Production lifecycle.
