Qualifications

• Minimum diploma from a recognised institution.
• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in relevant industries such as office furniture, interior design, architecture and design (A&D), fit-out, or project-based sales.
• Proficiency in Japanese language for liaising with Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders.
• Strong business development, sales negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
• Willingness to undertake light overseas travel when required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities focusing on end users, architects, and interior designers (A&D).
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through lead generation, referrals, networking, client meetings, and events.
• Develop and implement business development strategies to meet client needs and capitalize on market opportunities.
• Collaborate with logistics, design, and technical teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare and present customized proposals aligned with client requirements and objectives.
• Manage full sales cycle, including forecasting, qualification, negotiation, closing, and post-sales management.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and maintain follow-up to maximize sales and satisfaction.
