Job summary

Toku Ltd. in Singapore seeks a highly experienced Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to lead Azure architecture and drive multi-cloud strategy across Azure and AWS. You’ll own Terraform-based provisioning, Kubernetes across AKS and EKS, and build robust CI/CD pipelines while embedding security and reliability into every layer.

You will mentor engineers, define standards, and collaborate with Software, Security, and other tech teams to mature our cloud platform in a remote-friendly setup.

Qualifications

• Approximately 8–14 years of cloud, infra, DevOps or platform engineering experience with hands-on production cloud work.
• Microsoft Azure: strong hands-on infra architecture, implementation and operations.
• AWS: hands-on AWS architecture across EC2, ECS/EKS, VPC, IAM, S3, RDS, CloudWatch, CloudFront, Route53.

Responsibilities

• Azure cloud architecture: design secure, scalable, highly available Azure infra with landing zone, governance, networking and security guardrails.
• Multi-cloud: apply principles across Azure and AWS with standards for scalability, resilience and security.
• AWS platform architecture: evolve AWS estate with multi-account setup, networking, IAM and core services.
• Technical direction: act as senior infra authority, set standards and improve approaches.
• Infrastructure as Code: own Terraform-based provisioning, reusable modules, multi-environment patterns.
• Kubernetes: operate production AKS and EKS, ensuring scale, resilience and security.
• CI/CD & GitOps: design pipelines with GitHub Actions, Jenkins; enforce IaC and automated testing.
• Observability: implement Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus, Cortex, Loki and Azure observability services.
• Automation & scripting: use Python to automate infra tasks and review automation code.
• Platform engineering: provide reusable infra capabilities to help engineers provision and deploy apps.
• Reliability & security: ensure high availability, DR and security guardrails in design.
• Technical leadership: mentor engineers, review designs and share knowledge.
