TALENTSIS PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Technical Manager (Cloud) to lead design, deployment, and operations of cloud infrastructure across AWS and Azure for enterprise environments in Singapore.

The role emphasizes cloud architecture, automation, monitoring, security, and ongoing operations, with a strong focus on Terraform, CloudFormation/ARM, and CI/CD initiatives. Collaboration with engineering, security, and DevOps is essential.

Qualifications

6+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure deployment and operations.
Strong hands-on experience with AWS and Azure.
Experience with Terraform and/or CloudFormation/ARM.
Strong understanding of cloud architecture and enterprise environments.
Experience with cloud deployment, migration, monitoring, and operations.
Experience supporting enterprise or government-sector clients in Singapore.

Responsibilities

Lead AWS and Azure cloud infrastructure design and deployment.
Oversee cloud operations, monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimisation.
Implement Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform, CloudFormation, and/or ARM.
Drive cloud migration, integration, automation, and CI/CD initiatives.
Ensure cloud environments meet security, performance, and reliability requirements.
Lead the resolution of technical and operational issues.
Support disaster recovery and business continuity activities.
