Job summary

BGC Group Pte Ltd is seeking a hands-on AWS DevOps/DevSecOps engineer to support a long-term public sector initiative on an AWS cloud platform. The role focuses on securing, automating, and maintaining cloud-native backend infrastructure to ensure platform availability and performance.

You will design and implement IaC, manage CI/CD pipelines, and harden security controls in line with compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years hands-on experience with AWS cloud environments.
• 1–2 years DevOps/DevSecOps pipelines experience.
• Experience with IaC, cloud automation and CI/CD tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, deploy, and maintain secure AWS cloud-native backend infrastructure.
• Create and manage IaC using CloudFormation, Lambda, and automation frameworks.
• Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment.
• Administer AWS infrastructure for high availability and scalability.
• Configure VPCs, routing, security controls, load balancers, DNS, and connectivity.
• Implement infrastructure hardening and security controls for compliance.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure, platform, and deployment issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operations and improvements.
• Enhance reliability and security posture through automation.
