Job summary

People Advantage Pte Ltd seeks an experienced Cloud Infrastructure Lead to manage architecture, capacity planning, system performance, and the overall operating environment in Singapore. You will implement observability practices and lead infra projects with internal teams and external vendors.

The role requires 7+ years in cloud infrastructure, hands-on AWS, and ideally Azure certifications, plus strong vendor management, incident response, and governance.

Qualifications

• Experience in cloud infrastructure management and operations.
• Strong understanding of logging, monitoring, tracing and alerting.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support cloud infrastructure architecture, capacity planning, system performance, and the overall operating environment.
• Implement observability practices to improve visibility into system health and performance.
• Support infrastructure operations through automation and proactive monitoring.
• Coordinate activities across internal teams and external service providers.
• Ensure resiliency including disaster recovery and business continuity.
• Lead projects, manage timelines, budgets, quality, and delivery.
• Establish recovery and availability targets and conduct failover testing.
• Monitor vendor performance and ensure contractual obligations are met.
• Maintain effective relationships with stakeholders and vendors.
