Job summary

Jeppesen ForeFlight seeks a dynamic Solutions Engineer specializing in Flight Deck and/or Flight Planning to partner with Sales in the Commercial Aviation sector. You will translate customer needs into technical solutions, articulate value propositions, and drive complex deals to closure across the Asia Pacific region.

The role requires a strong technical background, excellent communication, and the ability to build lasting relationships with customers and partners, including occasional travel

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering or similar; or work experience in an equivalent field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial airline operations related areas (EFB, Flight Planning, Ops).
• Experience with Jeppesen ForeFlight Flight Deck or Flight Planning products or equivalents.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales Account Executives to grow key commercial accounts.
• Provide enterprise-level technical expertise and coordinate Solutions Engineering activities throughout the sales cycle.
• Identify solutions that meet customer goals and present compelling value propositions to win technical decisions.
• Develop relationships with customer leadership and demonstrate product capabilities.
