Job summary

Moove is seeking an AV Tech 3 to serve as a senior technical authority within depot operations. You will perform advanced diagnostics and OEM warranty repairs on autonomous vehicles while mentoring Senior Technicians to achieve master-level proficiency.

As the on-site escalation point, you will ensure safety, quality, and documentation compliance, coordinating with engineering and tooling resources to maintain rider-only launch-ready standards.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years in advanced automotive or autonomous vehicle environments.
• Associate’s Degree in Automotive Technology, Electronics, or Robotics.
• ASE Master Technician status desirable; ASE A6/A7/A8 certifications required or equivalent training.

Responsibilities

• Perform authorized OEM warranty repairs on critical vehicle systems, including suspension and high‑voltage components.
• Act as the final internal authority for diagnosing faults on-site to minimize escalations to engineering.
• Validate completed repairs using approved diagnostic tools to ensure safety and quality.
• Lead the technical growth of the workforce by coaching Senior Technicians on advanced diagnostics and repairs.
