Job summary

Standard Chartered Bank is seeking an experienced auditor to join the Group Internal Audit (GIA) Third Parties and Operational Risk Team in Singapore. The role covers TPRM, Source to Pay and Operational Risk, with oversight of audit planning, execution, and reporting across country and group levels.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive audit experience in third-party and outsourcing risks, strong leadership, and excellent communication to challenge and influence stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 12+ years as auditor or risk governance in ORM/TPRM.
• Experience in vendor onsite reviews and with technology vendors is advantageous.
• Strong communication and ability to influence business management.
• CIA/CISA ORM certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning and execution of audits, maintain budget and lead the audit team.
• Ensure audit scope covers key risks and regulatory expectations for GIA.
• Draft audit programmes, observations and final reports.
• Provide SME input across assigned product or country areas.
• Utilise data analytics to diagnose root causes and patterns.
• Monitor audit issues and track action plans to completion.
• Support HOA and committee reporting; assist with governance inputs.
