Job summary

Standard Chartered Bank in Singapore is seeking an exceptional auditor to join the Third Parties and Operational Risk Team within GIA. The role focuses on Third Party Risk Management, Source to Pay, and Operational Risk, with exposure to BCBS 515 principles.

The ideal candidate has 12+ years in Operational Risk or Third-Party risk, experience with vendor reviews, strong communication, and professional certifications such as CIA or CISA. A proactive, independent mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in Operational Risk Management or Third-Party risks (outsourcing, procurement or TPRM).
• Vendor onsite reviews across services or with technology vendors a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, able to work with minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead audit planning and execution; manage budget and team.
• Ensure audit scope covers key risks per risk assessments and regulatory expectations.
• Draft audit programmes, observations and reports; provide SME input on assigned areas.
