Job summary

Charterhouse Partnership is assisting a leading organisation in Singapore's payments and financial services sector to hire a mid-level Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) Specialist.

You will support and enhance the enterprise-wide TPRM programme, conduct vendor due diligence and risk assessments, and provide guidance to stakeholders across IT Security, Legal and Business units to manage third-party risks and contractual requirements.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in Third Party Risk, Vendor Risk, Outsourcing Risk, Technology Risk, Risk & Compliance, Audit or related areas within financial services
• Good understanding of regulatory and legal requirements relating to third-party management
• Experience conducting vendor due diligence and risk assessments
• Strong risk and control mindset with ability to challenge risks
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Support development and enhancement of the Third-Party Risk Management framework, policies and procedures
• Conduct due diligence and risk assessments across third-party/vendor arrangements
• Provide guidance on third-party risk, vendor management, outsourcing, SLAs and contractual requirements
• Collaborate with IT Security, IT Governance, Business Continuity, Legal and other control functions to manage third-party risks
• Monitor vendor performance and risk exposures and track remediation actions
• Assist governance and committee meetings and support audits related to third-party risk management
