Job summary

Charterhouse Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a mid-level Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) Specialist to support and enhance the enterprise-wide TPRM programme. You will work with experienced colleagues to assess, monitor and improve vendor risk across the organisation.

The role focuses on developing frameworks, conducting due diligence, and advising stakeholders on risk, outsourcing and contractual requirements within a regulated financial-services environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in Third Party Risk, Vendor Risk, Outsourcing Risk, Technology Risk, Risk & Compliance, Audit or a related area within financial services.
• Experience in regulated financial-services environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support development and enhancement of Third-Party Risk Management framework, policies and procedures.
• Conduct due diligence and risk assessments across third-party/vendor arrangements.
• Provide guidance on third-party risk, vendor management, outsourcing, SLAs and contractual requirements.
• Collaborate with IT Security, IT Governance, Legal and other control functions to assess and manage third-party risks.
• Monitor vendor performance and risk exposures, including breaches and non-compliance.
• Track remediation actions and ensure identified issues are addressed.
• Assist audits relating to third-party and vendor risk management.
