DBS Bank Ltd. is seeking an experienced Audit professional to lead end-to-end audits across Market Risk, Counterparty Credit Risk, and ALM domains in Singapore. The role emphasizes independent execution, robust testing strategies, and clear communication of findings.

You will collaborate with DBS Asia Central teams, drive risk insights, and contribute to an innovative data-driven auditing approach. A strong background in risk concepts and relevant certifications will be highly regarded.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of relevant market risk, counterparty risk, or ALM experience in banking.
• Deep knowledge of market and liquidity risk concepts, metrics, products, and regulations.
• CFA, FRM, or CIA certifications are valued and advantageous.
• Familiarity with data-analytics tools (Python, R, Tableau).
• Exceptional communication skills, able to present complex information clearly.
• Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute end-to-end audits focusing on risk management domains.
• Assess design and effectiveness of processes and controls and tailor testing.
• Present audit findings with actionable recommendations.
• Conduct continuous monitoring of audited units and emerging risks.
• Assist in preparing quarterly updates for the Audit Committee.
• Contribute to data-driven operating model with innovative testing methods.
• Engage stakeholders and build strong cross-team relationships.
