Job summary

DBS Bank is seeking an experienced auditor to lead end-to-end audits across Market risk, Counterparty credit risk, and ALM. The role requires strong knowledge of risk concepts and governance, with collaboration across DBS Group Audit and regional teams.

You will deliver insights and recommendations, drive testing strategies, and engage senior stakeholders to enhance risk controls and processes.

Qualifications

7–10 years of experience in Market risk, Counterparty credit risk or ALM within banking.
Deep knowledge of Basel III FRTB, LCR, NSFR, ALM, and treasury functions.
CFA/FRM/CIA certifications are highly valued.
Familiarity with data-analytics tools such as Python, R, and Tableau.
Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to present to diverse audiences.
Self-motivated, proactive, and analytical; able to work independently or in teams.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end audits focusing on Risk Management domains, including Market risk, Counterparty risk, and ALM.
Assess design and operating effectiveness of controls; develop tailored testing strategies across regions.
Prepare and present clear audit findings with actionable recommendations.
Monitor audited units to anticipate risks and identify areas of concern.
Support quarterly updates for the Audit Committee.
Contribute to data-driven operating model and innovative testing methodologies.
Engage stakeholders across audit teams and key business units.
