Job summary

Hytech, a leading management consulting firm, is seeking a Senior Audit Specialist to safeguard the integrity of financial reporting. You will review statements, ensure regulatory adherence, and liaise with auditors, tax agents, and internal teams to maintain strong controls and timely deliveries.

The role requires 5+ years in external or internal audit, bilingual English-Mandarin communication, and a keen eye for detail to support APAC operations from Singapore.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA, CIA, or equivalent strongly preferred.
• At least 5 years’ experience in external or internal audit.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with APAC stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Review and verify periodic financial statements with audit evidence.
• Stay updated on financial regulations; advise Accounting on changes.
• Assist Head of Audit in planning external audits and coordinating.
• Review governance and risk management; recommend improvements.
• Coordinate with external tax agents on annual tax calculations.
• Handle ad-hoc assignments as directed by the line manager.
