Job summary

OKX is seeking a Senior Audit Manager to lead internal audit programs across APAC from Singapore. You will oversee risk-based audits, advisory reviews, and remediation tracking, collaborating with risk, compliance, and external parties.

Strong control assessment and reporting skills are essential for independent assurance. You will drive audit planning, supervise fieldwork, and ensure quality in reports, while applying data analytics to improve coverage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field.
• Six+ years of internal audit experience, including leading engagements.
• Experience in financial services, fintech, cryptocurrency or regulated industries.
• Knowledge of IIA standards and risk-based auditing and controls.
• English communication skills; regulatory familiarity across APAC.

Responsibilities

• Develop risk-based and regulatory-focused audit plans.
• Lead end-to-end audits and advisory engagements across APAC.
• Coach audit team members and supervise fieldwork.
• Evaluate controls and identify gaps and improvements.
• Prepare clear audit reports for senior management.
