Job summary

ThunderSoft in Singapore seeks a seasoned semiconductor test engineer to drive high-volume production testing. You will develop and optimize test programs, validate features during first silicon bring-up, and push KPIs for time reduction and quality.

Candidates should have 4+ years in semiconductor product development, hands-on with Advantest 93K, strong programming (C/C++/Java/Ruby/Python), and experience with Git/SVN/CVS; strong communication across teams.

Qualifications

• Over 4 years of experience in semiconductor product development.
• Experience with Advantest 93K test program development.
• Proficient in programming and scripting languages (C, C++, Java, Ruby, Perl, Python).
• Knowledgeable in version control tools (Git, SVN, CVS).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform test program correlation and release for high volume production.
• Develop test program infrastructure incorporating latest Best-Known Methods.
• Validate new product features, test conditions, test methodologies, and test contents during first silicon bring-up.
• Perform silicon characterization across process, voltage, and temperature.
• Drive KPIs such as test time reduction, yield debug, and quality improvement across products.
• Support qualification activities and customer return debug.

Requirements

• More than 4 years of experience in semiconductor product development
• Experience with ATE test program development – Advantest 93K, a must.
• Proficient in software programming and scripting languages (C, C++, Java, Ruby, Perl, Python)
• Knowledgeable in version control tools (Git, SVN, CVS)
• Knowledgeable in statistical analysis
• Proficient in Windows, Unix, and Linux operating systems
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
